Toucan engaged with staff at Sainsbury's head office to build awareness of the new Caribbean Crush drink.
What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?
Toucan is an independent Brand Activation and Shopper Marketing agency. We specialise in creating engaging, idea driven campaigns for FMCG clients which will get that all important sale. We were asked by Nichols Drinks, the license holders for Levi Roots Soft Drinks to build awareness of an exciting new drink brand amongst their biggest account, Sainsbury's.
What was the Campaign Objective?
Engage with head office staff at key account Sainsbury's and drive awareness of an up coming on-pack promotion for Levi Roots Caribbean Crush.
What was the Solution?
The on pack promotion gives consumers the chance to exchange musical notes for £10 notes so Levi Roots and the team descended on Sainsbury's HQ with an imposing Levi Roots branded Grab a Grand machine. Empolyees were invited to grab as many notes as possible in 30 seconds to raise money for Comic Relief.
What were the Results?
Tha activity was met with bags of enthusiasm from Sainsbury's staff and enabled us to raise £2,000 for Comic Relief. Over 500 bottles of Caribbean Crush were sampled throughout the day.
