What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

StreetPR was approached by specialist ordering App, Orderella, as they looked for a staffing partner to deliver their marketing campaigns into bars, clubs and events spaces nationwide. StreetPR needed to provide the right staff, who were able to engage people and teach customers how to use the APP and the benefits of becoming a regular Orderella user.

What was the Campaign Objective?

This campaign had parallel objectives: aiming to increase the user base whilst also encouraging venue owners and managers to implement and make use of the app. a) Introducing the app to new customers and getting them to download it b) Helping customers to place an order and showing how easy it is to use c) Demonstrating the technology to venue owners in order for them to implement the technology in their bars, clubs, restaurants etc.

What was the Solution?

Our promotional staff were inserted all around the country in universities, bars/clubs/pubs, and at trade shows and exhibitions. Wherever the Orderella app was launched, StreetPR staff were on hand to promote, demonstrate and help customers use the app for the first time! Many of these campaigns have tied in closely with household brands such as Paypal, Guinness and Jagermeister -offering special deals only accessible through the Orderella app.

What were the Results?

To date we have worked with Orderella for over 2,000 hours at many events ranging from 2 staff during happy hour at a pub in Oxfordshire, to over 40 staff at the ALMR Xmas dinner. What Orderella say about StreetPR: "Your staff did a fantastic job, they were all very good, and very well-mannered. You should be proud of them. Feedback from other clients is that they were extremely delighted".
