Surprise and Delight is a physical gift delivered to O2 Pay Monthly Priority customer's home address. The opportunity exists for brands to sample their product to engaged high value 150-200K customers (monthly). The Surprise and Delight gift will also be follwed up with SMS asking for feedback, providing a valuable opportunity for data capture.
How does it work?
A physical gift is sent to customers home, they then recieve a follow up SMS message asking for feedback. O2 customers can be reached on a national basis or targeted more specifically by age, gender and region.
