Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

We're producing what we call spotlights (branded editorial) regarding the credit crunch and how our listeners can be more careful with their money. The financial content and advice can vary depending on your requirements provided it is of interest and relevant for our listeners. Each spotlight is 60 seconds long including a top and tail credit. The credits carry the Virgin Radio and your brand. All scripts are written in house and are approved by you before going to air.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Combining your brand's financial standing with the intimate, trust-based relationship we have with our listeners can provide a great platform to demonstrate taking a mature but fun approach to dealing with finances.

How does it work?

The scheduling of spotlights is completely flexible, and can be targeted to efficiently reach your target consumer in the right environment. Some examples of this could be day of week, daypart, show, when people are online, around weekend events, while commuting etc. Lasting for no less than a month a campaign of 40" - 60" Spotlights can provide the same effect as a an extended promotion or a short term Sponsorship.
