Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Banner opposite the race start. Will be viewed by the thousands of supporters and specators on both sides of the river as well as those watching on Putney Bridge. Tribes has also signed up a new banner 28m x 8m on the waters edge of Chiswick Boat House. This site has been filmed for the last 2 years and also enjoys 1000's of specatators from Barnes Bridge and opposite at the White Hart pub. Cost for new banner £20,000 inc prod. Tribes can also offer a free aerial banner which should be filmed by ITV helicopter crew.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Massive brand exposure at one of the UK's most loved events on the social sporting calender. Oxbridge and high ABC1 target audience.Key attributes and brand association include team work, strength, tradition, power, competition and dedication. The hospitality area will provide further entertainment and involvement throughout the day which is as much a social day as it is a sporting event.

How does it work?

The banner message will be seen by the thousands of supportes along both sides of the river and Putney Bridge. The Star and Garter pub is one of the most popular venues to watch from as it is close to transport links and opposite the race start. Chiswick Boat House has been captured on footage for the last 2 years so this nwe banner site will also enjoy an audience of 7.2 million TV viewers.
