JazzyMedia effectively communicated how to access trouble free travel information and a related competition to students in Wales

What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

The budget for this campaign was modest, requiring JazzyMedia to create a communication solution which was both cost efficient and effective for the client.

What was the Campaign Objective?

The objective was to raise awareness of the Traveline Cymru trouble free travel information service and encourage/increase engagement amongst students through the Traveline Heroes Competition.

What was the Solution?

JazzyMedia displayed 6-sheet posters in high footfall areas and directly distributed A6 booklets to students in Sixth Forms. As this was a Welsh campaign the booklets were available in English and Welsh.

What were the Results?

18% more Sixth Forms than scheduled participated in the campaign. The additional sites delivered free of charge. Unsurprisingly the client was extremely satisfied. Sixth Form students are highly receptive to communication that they feel is relevant to them via their schools. The Traveline Cymru communication was not only relevant, but also rewarding with the Traveline Heroes competition giving them a chance to win an iPad.
