Experience is a communications planning agency offering strategy, integrated media planning and communications consultancy.
We named our company to capture the definition of 'experience' as both verb and noun. We are experienced and we create experiences for our clients' audiences. We have run the very largest media companies and developed integrated campaigns across every marketing sector, involving all communication disciplines. We have run some of the biggest client accounts in the UK (including British Airways, COI and P&G) and we have built smaller companies into successful organisations. We also work with clients developing branded content strategies harnessing the power of content.
We started Experience Communications to allow us to focus less on running media companies and more on doing what we love to do: innovative communications strategy. You will only be working with the agency's principals as they work across all client business. Experience believes in advice that is accountable, and places a strong emphasis on the prediction, optimisation and measurement of investment return which has significantly improved with the growth of digital media.
The majority of our client relationships require a collaborative approach. It is very much at the heart of our proposition. Our experience allows us to be more generous in relationships, not always seeking the credit. As the agency principals, we work only for the client, not a corporate parent or group. A good example of collaboration is the work we do with the Central Office of Information and the Department of Health. Our relationship relies on collaborative exchange between the COI, the government department and all other stakeholders including ministers.

By providing an earlier step in the process, we save clients time and money. We provide key consumer and communication insights that influence all customer contact. We will identify what marketing disciplines are necessary to achieve the business objectives and can help brief them, which ensures that everyone works to the same tune, more efficiently. For many clients we work as an extension to their marketing departments and have worked from ground-up, helping clients with business planning, revenue modelling, content strategies and agency sourcing.
