Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

We created The Hair Group in 2003, the only group of independently-run top hair salons situated across the UK. Our recruitment policy is extremely strict, and only salons with exceptional skills and the highest levels of customer service are able to join. Each salon is monitored continually to make sure they offer the very best hairdressing experience possible.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Tell us a bit more about your audience, your business goals and idea of budget, and the Click Experiences team can create a bespoke promotion to suit your promotional needs.

How does it work?

Once your customers have redeemed their Luxury Hair Experience, all they need to do is simply pick a preferred salon from our nationwide locations and register their details. The nearest independently-run hair salon in their chosen area will then give them a call to set up an available appointment that's convenient for them. Then they just need to turn up and enjoy their haircut!

Who's used it in the past?

You may not instantly recognise the name Click Experiences. But we're confident you'll know many of the high profile marketing campaigns we've been involved with. From high street promotions with Early Learning Centre and New Look, to on pack voucher offers with McCain, Typhoo and Vileda. We're behind many of the'free for every reader' offers run by the Daily Mail, Top Santé and Woman magazines, as well as contributing loyalty offers for nutrition website Annabel Karmel and mobile phone provider O2.

We handle all voucher redemptions in-house, collecting your customer's names and locations in order to confirm their booking with us. This invaluable reporting means each promotion is fully trackable, and also results in an active customer database for future marketing use.
