Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Entertaining audiences of over 3,500 film and music lovers each November, the 5 day Soundtrack International Film and Music Festival offers unique and creative opportunities to target key markets, public ticket buyers, industry delegates, press and the business sector. Multiple sponsorship opportunities are currently available; primarily that of the headline sponsor, but smaller opportunities are also available such a Music Strand Sponsor, Education Strand Sponsor, and bespoke opportunities such as Open Air Cinema Screening. How does it work?

Sponsorship can be tailored to meet objectives and key messages can be entwined within interactive events such as workshops and master classes; premiers and events are perfect for client hospitality or reward schemes, whilst music events and public screenings provide brand promotion on a larger scale. Through Soundtracks extensive print, press, direct mailing, database and social network marketing a sponsors brand image has the potential to reach over 29,000 people, whilst the sponsors website/ sponsors logo can expect to receive around 40,000 imprints per year.

Key partners of the event include: Film Agency for Wales, Orchard Media & Events Group, The Welsh Assembly Government, Cineworld cinemas and Chapter.

With a programme that caters for all age groups, Soundtrack attracts a large section of it's demographic from the Welsh student population, and those working in the creative industries in Wales. Whilst also attracting attendees from around the UK and internationally, soundtrack benefits from a core audience of returning, localized festival attendees, allowing sponsors to target attendees for regionally specific product promotion as well as global brand exposure through our international audience and marketing.
