There will be three outdoor screenings over the late May bank holiday weekend in a West London park. The target audience will be 18-36s, and the films will have a nod toward those with cult status. Capacity will be around 500 per show, and bars/food concessions will be on-site, and music will be played after the show to encourage the audience to stay.
Brand awareness and sampling are the key objectives; ideal for a product launch, perhaps?
The sponsorship will encompass a mix of paid-for adverts, including out-of-home, direct marketing via street teams, listings websites and publications, social media etc. There will be the opportunity for sampling/pouring/distribution rights at the event, as well as bespoke branding and activities.
The screen itself can be branded, and an ad played before the film starts.
This is a new opportunity for us, but similar events have been hugely successful around the country in recent years.
