Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Sky Media and ESPN are pleased to offer brands the unique opportunity to sponsor ESPN's exclusive coverage of England's most loved and treasured tournament, the FA Cup.. This channel sponsorship runs for the whole of the 2012-2013 FA Cup season. The opportunity provides a brand with a unique opportunity to own the association with the much loved and nationally treasured FA Cup on ESPN.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Opportunity to build awareness of your brand with the ESPN audience. ESPN viewers are more likely to: - earn 21% higher than the average UK income; more likely to play sport than the average UK adult; buy brand new cars than the average UK adult; travel abroad than the average UK adult and keep up with latest developments with technology.

How does it work?

ESPN will cover 25 live games with each game repeated at least once. Sponsor will receive 2 X 15 second sponsorship bumper at the start and end of each live game, 10 X 5 second sponsorship break bumpers, logo accreditation on ESPN website and 5" logo on promotional spots. To further the association between the advertiser and ESPN there is also an opportunity to run a co-branded FA Cup competition, which will include a fully sponsored microsite at www.espn.co.uk.
