Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Choice FM is the UK's number one for hip hop and RnB. 605,000 adults tune in weekly to listen! Martin and Asha's breakfast show, Morning Vybe, is available for sponsorship on Choice FM! This show is Choice FM's highest profile show, and is the freshest, coolest, liveliest way to wake up! Martin is also known as the Prince of Soca, and has been on Choice since 1990 and Asha is widely respected as one of urban music's leading ambassadors. The show is broadcast live every weekday morning from 6 am to 9am.

What is the Marketing Objective?

To wake people up and to get their days off to a good start! To excite people with the clients brand first thing in the morning.

How does it work?

The sponsorship would run on air, Monday - Friday, from 6 am - 9am. The sponsorship would be delivered via live reads, pre-recorded sponsorship i-dents and sponsorship trails. Each hour of the show would contain 2 x 10" sponsorship i-dents, and 1 x 10" live read. There would also be 2 x 30" sponsorship trails during the day promoting Morning Vybe with the clients name.

Who's used it in the past?

This is the first time we have opened this opportunity up for sponsorship.

Features / Benefits

We have a Choice FM Hummer that could be used as part of the sponsorship for sampling. We could also run a promotion to kick start the sponsorship campaign - it is always recommended to launch a sponsorship with a promotion, this introduces the brand to the listeners in a fun and rewarding way! It also gets the listeners excited, and creates extra awareness for the brand. With the right brand we could look to create a feature as part of the sponsorship. On-line sponsorship would also be available. Everything is subject to programming approval and availability.
