Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

We are looking for brands who wish to partner with us by sharing branding of the Idea Generation Gallery for either individual exhibitions or on a long-term basis sponsoring the Gallery itself. Based in the heart of Shoreditch and hosting high-profile shows from international artists, Idea Generation Gallery is a leading photography, fine art and illustration gallery. Recent shows have achieved millions of pounds of press coverage. Up and coming shows include: Monsters Inked (with Rob Steene and Pete Fowler), Barbie, Storm Thorgerson, Hammer Horror, BAFTA.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Idea Generation is the UK's leading arts and culture PR specialist With over ten years experience of working with high-profile artists such as Rankin through to international events such as Sony World Photography Awards, Frieze Arts Fair, and Manchester International Festival. Hundreds of major arts events, institutions and projects have entrusted their communications strategies to our highly skilled teams. Now we are using all of the experience, contacts and sector knowledge that we have accumulated to secure coverage for this exhibition at our own gallery.

How does it work?

Idea Generation both curates and hires out the gallery space to other curators. Available for our clients, other events, artists and companies looking for somewhere stunning to host an event or exhibition. The gallery is constantly full of all the great and the good of the art world and plays host to some of the most influential characters in the international arts scene.

Past sponsors incl. Reuters, Cobra, Concrete & Glass, Charles Wells, Wella Past exhibtions include: Reuters: Five Years in Iraq (April / May 2008), The Beatles: Two Mad Days in the Life (June 2008), The 60's by Robert Altman (July / August 2008), The Fame Bureau - Rock n Roll Auction (September 2008), Tony Gill - Concrete & Glass (October 2008).

Features / Benefits

The sponsor will be featured at a VIP night hosted by Idea Generation to launch to exhibition: our reputation and extensive mailing list ensures a lively and popular launch night. A minimum of 500 attendees including some of the most influential people in the arts and culture arena attend each Idea Generation private view. Our regular guests include: clients / the media / venue owners / arts institution directors and curators / musicians / fashion industry / gallery owners.
