Ladies Day Partnership at The Cheltenham Festival 2015, a four day national sporting event attracting over 235,000 racegoers

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Ladies Day has become one of the iconic days during The Festival, attracting women from far & wide to showcase their style at the races with the chance to win fantastic prizes in the Best Dressed Lady Competition. In 2014 we had our very own 'Fashion Zone' located in amongst a over 100 tradestands many of whom sell fashion items. Within the Fashion Zone Ladies were offered goodie bags, could watch fashion shows from well known retailers whist enjoying the produce of the Champagne Bar. We are offering brands the opportunity to sponsor The Fashion Zone at the 2015 Ladies Day.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Opportunities that will increase your brand awareness both in the short and long term, enable you to engage with prospect clients and increase sales.

How does it work?

Sponsorship will include:a brand communications platform to drive sales on and off course; Online / Digital activation; Fashion Zone branding; Data capture / database partnerships; Channel 4/ Racing UK Television & Radio coverage of the Fashion Awards (Ladies Day only) and an opportunity to provide unique prizes for our "Best Dressed Lady" competition. The sponsor will also be included in all marketing of the event including Outdoor media, social Media, Online Videos, Radio -tracking, the Big Shoe Tour, E-shots, Newsletter Branded Promotional Gifts.

A unique sponsorship opportunity that offers new and innovative ways to touch current and potential clients. Racecourses have large amounts of space to provide a variety experiential marketing activities, from cosmetic stations to on site competitions and data capture, product placement and even an opportunity to do promotional activities and incentives to potential customers and racegoers a like.
