Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Visit The County Ground for any First Team fixture and be treated to great food, facilities and service while you enjoy the cricket. Each of our Corporate Hospitality suites are situated with a prime view of the field of play, where you can enjoy either the tactical battle of the first-class game, the tense run-chases of Friends Provident Trophy and NatWest Pro 40 Cricket or the non-stop action of the Twenty20 Cup. The County Ground also provides a host of conference rooms where local businesses can host their meetings and functions.

What is the Marketing Objective?

By joining us for conferencing or corporate hospitality you can begin a relationship with us that may lead to sponroship and advertising opportunities with Derbyshire County Cricket Club. Even if you are not currently in the market for such opportunities, the contact will have been made that could be beneficial in the future.

How does it work?

The installation of permanent floodlights in 2004 has enabled Derbyshire CCC to compete in the hospitality market, as it allows you to host your clients in the evening. The County Ground will host ten floodlit matches in 2007 and the fact that these are all one-day games means that you and your guests will get all of the excitement of a result on the night. If you prefer to host your clients in the day time our eight, four day Liverpool Victoria County Championship matches provide the perfect opportunity.

Who's used it in the past?

Derbyshire County Cricket Club have hosted the players, staff and directors of Derby County FC on several occasions as well as a selection of reputable businesses including HSBC, NatWest, N-Power, Miller Homes, Radleigh Homes, Don Amott Leisure Kingdom, Marstons Pedigree and many more local businesses.
