Everybody loves big giveaways or even the chance of winning stacks of cash, that's where The Great Radio Network comes in with The £1k Giveaway. Each radio station delivers a simple question mechanic with a multiple choice answer. Get the answer right and you're in the draw to win the cash that week!

What is the Marketing Objective?

This promotion will help build awareness of your brand/business, by means of repetition through the campaign duration of 3 months. A total of £13,000 in prize money will be given away across North Yorkshire and East Riding. There will be a supporting audio campaign with commercials, promos and sponsored features. You will benefit from an online presence on our connecting website with promotional material handed out at events.

How does it work?

Promotional trails and radio station imaging, promotes the Friday when the question will be asked. The question of the day is given out after 7am and runs every hour until 5pm, when the winner of the £1k cash is revealed. Answers are only taken via a premium rate text service, charged at £1.50 per text, plus their standard network rate. They can answer as many times as they like, as the more they enter, the bigger the chance of winning. In each competition round, promotional trails and imaging, will all be tagged with the sponsor's credit/strapline.

These events are well attended eg: summer fetes, music festivals etc. 4. Promotional material - All promotional material such as flyers, posters, t-shirts, etc. to be dual branded.
