Promote your event with a Radio Co-Promotion

Provided by RadioWorks Ltd
If you have a ticketed event why not have it plugged & endorsed on Radio in exchange for Co-Branding & cost effective investment

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

A Radio Co-Promotion is a bespoke opportunity for an event to promote their event and push ticket sales. This is similar to a conventional radio promotion where activity runs for a week with station produced trails, presenter live reads and competition executions. The difference being with co-promotions the event is endorsed by the station: and competitions have historically been ticket giveaways (additional prizes if suitable). Branding assets such as logos and advertising opportunities are exchanged between the event & station as part of the co-branding.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Implementing a co-promotion with a well-known and trusted radio brand can enable an event to achieve effective awareness through co-branding. Announcing partnership events to audiences will give the occasion positive association and support to help drive ticket sales.

How does it work?

Branded trails are scheduled to promote the event. The station deliver pre & on sale ticket announcements via presenter endorsed reads. Presenters will execute competitions & direct listeners online for further info. With Co-Branding, the station - depending on the nature of the event - will require items such as station branding, print advertising, branding at the event, an allocation of tickets to be sold via the station ticket line and dedicated website, station exclusivity, meet 'n' greets, interviews and possibly merchandise as additional prizes.

Who's used it in the past?

Music Concerts, Comedy Tours, Exhibitions, Art & Theatrical Shows, Sporting Events, Family & Attraction Events.

Features / Benefits

Radio Co-Promotions offer a unique marketing opportunity to create awareness, build hype around an event and maximise media spend which in turn delivers ticket sales. Executing this type of partnership promotion insinuates trust to the station's audience using positive association and event endorsements from the presenters which you don't get from a traditional on-air promotion.
