Inside Soap gives you the opportunity to sponsor one of the most glamorous events in the TV calendar - The Inside Soap Awards!!

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Inside Soap offers you the chance to be the headline sponsor for the 2008 Inside Soap Awards. The 2008 event will be held at the end of September '08 and is attended by the stars of the nations favourite TV programmes - the Soap Operas...This is the first time in three years this headline sponsorship package has been available. In 2006, the Awards generated, £2.2 million PR value equivalent for the headline sponsor, for the Awards overall 273 items of media coverage and a PR value of £3.8 million. We processed 46,000 votes in 2006, the majority coming through our website.

What is the Marketing Objective?

True multi-media coverage offering access to national & regional television, on-line, national & regional radio, celebrity and womens magazines, national & local press and of course Inside Soap & All About Soap. Branding is the name of the game from the external coverage and the package offers anyone looking to get their logo in front of the eyes of the Great British public up to 206m times (OTS of Inside Soap Awards 2006). Within Inside Soap there is the opportunity to really get under the skin of the Awards and how our readers view and use them.

How does it work?

The majority of the coverage for the sponsor comes from the placement of the logo on the backing boards. Photos & films of the soap stars in front of these boards are what the magazines, newspapers and websites use and where we get our high value of coverage. Arranging external competitions will all help to get the value of coverage up and we can help you with this. Inside the magazine (Inside Soap) we offer a variety of options ranging from specific reader offers, competitions, sponsorship of relevant sections and advertorials all tailored to the clients needs & wants.
