Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Opportunity to sponsor World Cup bulletins throughout the day across the Real Radio Network. The sponsor will receive credits in 12 bulletins per day (Monday - Friday) and 3 per day at the weekend. The client will also receive branding across a dedicated World Cup sectional on the Real Radio websites.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Excellent opportunity to build brand awareness and an association with the World Cup tournament.

How does it work?

Real Radio will be following the tournament from start to finish - all the big stories. The Real stations in the Northwest, Northeast and Yorkshire will be providing an in depth coverage of the England team and their progress. Coverage on Real Scotland and Real Wales will still be reported as a massive sporting occasion but without the focus of England. The World Cup bulletins are designed to offer Real Radio listeners, who have an interest in the World Cup without being fanatical, up-to-date reports across the day.

Who's used it in the past?

Please contact GMG Radio for information.

Features / Benefits

In addition to the World Cup bulletin sponsorship, Real Radio could create additional bespoke features, promotions and online elements that achieve the client's marketing ambitions.
