What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

Godiva wanted to bring someone in-store around the Valentine's/Spring dates to encourage shoppers to sample the offering and be educated about Godiva. Godiva was also looking for staff to support their 'dipping events' where a specialist chocolatier makes some signature Godiva chocolate dipped strawberries. Staff were required to assist with the running of this event at various regional and London locations, ensuring that those who observed the event were approached by a brand ambassador who could introduce them to several items in the range and recommend products. An increase in awareness and sales. Also letting customers know about the exclusive products available from Godiva in the John Lewis range during key buying periods such as Valentine's and Mothers Day.
