Pan Euro in-play sport media opportunity in major Euro Final

2015 European Judo Championships April 2015 in Glasgow. 1.5 hours on prime time BBC2 plus all European key territories.

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

The European Judo Championships comes to the UK for the first time and features all the top European talent including a very strong GB team. 4 days of competition at the Emirates Arena Glasgow from 9-12 April. This is a UK Sport Gold Event and as such has 12 hours of BBC TV coverage with 1.5 hours in prime time on BBC2. The key markets across Europe are UK, Russia, Germany, France and Eastern Europe. All these countries and more will see approx.12 hours of the event broadcast on Eurosport and also on domestic broadcasters such as L'Equipe 21 in France, for example.

How does it work?

This is an efficient way to reach sports fans across Europe over four days in April. Judo is a key Olympic sport and has a large following in many European countries.
