Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Located in the heart of the UK, Warwick Castle is one of the most stunning historical locations in the UK. For the last 3 years, the summer concerts have been the centre piece of the Warwick Castle events calendar. With last years events being a complete sell out, and the promise of some sunshine this summer(!), we are looking to put on another spectacular production, and further establish the event in the social calendar for years to come. Sponsorship of Warwick Castle Summer Concerts is currently on offer.

What is the Marketing Objective?

To raise awarness of your brand and to become associated with this popular venue and summer event.

How does it work?

The sponsorship package includes: branding around the stage area, banners located around the grounds / viewing areas, giant logo projections onto the castle, page advert in programmes. Experiential activity can also be hosted all day within the venue across the 3rd / 4th July. The sponsor will also benefit from branding on all marketing activity. Proposed marketing spend is approx £30,000 across press / posters / e blasts / online advertising - all of which will carry sponsorship branding.

With nearly a million visitors every year the castle offers a diverse range of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy The line up for this year's Summer Concerts event includes 'The Music from Abba' on 3rd July and 'Classical / Firework spectacular - English National Orchestra' on 4th July, with 7,500 tickets available for each event. The sponsor of the event will also benefit from sponsor branding on the tickets, literature included in ticket mailouts plus 200 complimentary tickets for sponsor (100 per event). These can be used for competitions / client entertainment.
