How does it work?

As an example, we recently ran an advertising campaign for the upmarket travel company, Page and Moy, promoting three different types of holidays. At the end of the adverts we encouraged listeners to text a key word to receive a holiday brochure for the holiday of their choice. In some cases this was the first time that they had texted the radio station, illustrating that if the offer is right, they will respond.
