Richard has over 12 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry, starting as an account handler in a full service agency and then working as a media planner buyer for 7 years. He then moved on to run experiential marketing agency, Grapefruit, for four and a half years as managing partner. In his career he has covered a variety of sectors from music and retail through to financial and FMCG. Richard now heads up the insight unit at Getmemedia.com and works to put brands, agencies and industry experts together to improve advertising strategy and practice, through the Get Me Insight advertising training courses.

Simon joined Anglia TV in 1985 and worked in a succession of roles across ITV including Sales Controller, Integrated Planning Director and latterly, Creative Solutions Director. In March 2011, he launched Just So Communications with a client roster of companies in Television, Music, Movies, Advertising and Software, on a number of projects including the Matching Talent to Brands initiative with Running Bare Pictures, the production company within the John Noel talent agency.
