Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Sky1 is offering a brand to be the sole sponsor of a new crime drama, based on the multi million selling book. Atmospheric, chilling and with a nod to the horror genre as well as a filmic ambition, the series will bring to life the dark plots of Mark Billingham and his acclaimed policeman Thorne; a copper whose mind is as mucked up as he is, who drinks too much. The Tom Thorne series will be a distinctive, imaginative and intelligent drama that'll redefine the genre with its style and aspirations. The series includes Thorne:sleepyhead and Thorne: scaredy cat.

An excellent opportunity to maximise brand exposure and build awareness of your brand.

How does it work?

Coverage will include on Sky 1 & Sky 1 HD between October/November 2010. The sponsor will receive opening and closing credit of 15 seconds. The sponsor will receive a break bumpers of 2 x 5 seconds per break and logo accreditation on all programme specific trailers that are 20 seconds or greater in length. Plus repeats on Sky1 and Sky2 and any showings on Sky Anytime, the Video On Demand service that reaches over 1.5m households every month and delivers over 2 million programme views per week. The sponsor will receive a 15" sponsorship pre-roll credit on this service.
