How does it work?

Over the past six months Visit London has been working closely with a number of industry partners in order to compile some primary data on how business tourism in London is performing. With very little official data produced about this sector, the aim of this report is to allow the industry to gauge its performance. Once established this data will become the standard industry performance report for business tourism in the capital. See attached document for further detail.

Who's used it in the past?

The majority of meeting venue data is currently sourced from Unique Venues of London, hotel data from The Bench. We are working with the AEV in order to produce exhibition data. The data will be indispensable to Trade press, daily nationals within leisure/ financial sector, Meeting & Events venues; Sales, Marketing & PR departments, Hotels; Sales, revenue managers, Destination management companies; meetings, incentives and events planners, Leisure industry consultants, investment companies and developers and Local Government and development agencies.
