RADIO X Presents - A Live Music Partnership Opportunity

Radio X will be putting on a series of live gigs - giving an opportunity to promote your brand/service to a specific audience.

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Radio X will be home to the world's biggest fresh rock and guitar-based music playing the biggest records from these genres. Available right across the UK on digital radio, and FM in London and Manchester, Radio X is the first truly male-focused, fully national music and entertainment brand for 25-44 year olds. The client will also sponsor the Evening Show with Gordon Smart for 3 months. During this time, Gordon will give away extra tickets to the shows, plus play out interviews with each of the bands.

What is the Marketing Objective?

At Radio X we love big bands in small rooms, so this Autumn we'll be putting on a series of live gigs with CLIENT as we bring amazing live music from some of our BIGGEST artists to a town near you! *Clients can sign an NDA so we can share the HUGE artists that we are currently talking to.

How does it work?

From September - December 2017 we'll put on a series of approx. 5 live gigs for music lovers all over the country, in venues big and small across the UK. Tickets for each gig will go on sale, with money donated to our charity Global's Make Some Noise. We'll then run a full promotion for each event - these will run across different shows on Radio X from The Chris Moyles Show through to Johnny Vaughan's Drive show. On air mechanics can be tailored around specific artists and client briefs.

Who's used it in the past?

We've put on gigs with some amazing artists in the past, including Noel Gallagher, James Bay, Courteeners, Stereophonics and Hozier sponsored by O2. We have also worked with Strongbow, Ford, and Greene King on live events.

This is an amazing opportunity for a headline sponsor to access the best bands in the world with an integrated on air, digital and live partnership with Radio X. On the day of the gigs themselves we'll create a huge stand out takeover on air, on our social platforms and online as we utilize presenters from across the schedule. Working with the Commercial Events team we can create bespoke experiential and on site activations for each gig with the client and are able to offer brands tickets for their own staff incentives.
