Britain's Best Dish will unearth the real unsung heroes of cookery, exploiting an abundant fresh ingredient... the great British public! Judges Jilly Goulden and Michelin-starred chefs John Burton Race and Ed Baines will travel the length and breadth of the land with presenter Mark Nicholas to uncover the most delicious undiscovered dishes in Britain. The series will run over 40 x 60 minute episode in Quarter 3 2008. The sponsor will receive 80 seconds accreditation per show, online sponsorship and ITV marketing support (if available).
