Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

The illuminating York festival is now in it's 11th year and was one of the UK's first lighting festivals. Engaging and exciting, this after-dark event sees some of York's best known buildings lit up in strange and interesting ways. The festival brings over 54,000 people into York over 4 nights in October. Illuminating York is a high quality event, programmed by curators who bring in international artists. Venues this year include the iconic York Minster, National Railway Museum and York St John University.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Event sponsorship. Association with a high quality, established Festival. Be part of one of York's major annual event which receives local, regional and national media coverage. Be involved in a significant marketing campaign including key partners in the city. Experiential and sampling opportunities available.
