Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?
York Easter Festival is a free to attend annual festival held over the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend in York city centre.
There are family friendly activities, chocolate, fairground, street food and much more.
The main city centre streets of York are taken over by the Easter Festival. This includes Parliament Street and St Sampson's Square where many major retailers such as M&S, Disney Store and Barclays bank are located. Footfall is extremely high.
What is the Marketing Objective?
Headline sponsorship. Association with a high quality, family Festival. The Festival is organised by Make It York the city's official Destination Marketing Organisation who have extensive experience of large scale city events.
Be involved in a significant marketing campaign including key partners in the city.

How does it work?
The Festival runs from Friday 14th April to Monday 17th April. The Festival offers fantastic opportunities to reach an engaged family audience over the busy Easter weekend.
