Babelgum is a ground-breaking new video-on-demand channel, broadcasting professionally produced content across online, mobile and offline events and screenings through five main channels: Film, Music, Comedy, Metropolis and Our Earth. Sonic have cross-platform opportunities for advertising and sponsorship on Babelgum as well as bespoke content creation. As well as advertising against current content, Babelgum can product content and content packages for advertisers, from one-off programmes to full series.

What is the Marketing Objective?

Babelgum provides a fully cross-platform opportunity to sponsor professionally-produced content to an engaged audience. Content on Babelgum spans everything from a Vice channel; BBC nature documentaries; Babelgum documentaries exposing oil companies and quirky exclusives, such as 'The Bengali Detective' and 'How To Re-Establish A Vodka Empire' which set to become a full-length feature film scheduled for broadcast in the UK on More4 in 2011.

How does it work?

There are a number of ways to target Babelgum's audience. Aside from standard digital formats and video pre-rolls, there are lots of online and offline sponsorship opportunities.
