The Download Festival is a three day music festival held annually at Donington Park, Derby. This rock/ heavy metal festival has been running since 2003 and has been a sell-out success each year. With an on-site capacity of 80,000 over the three-day event, this is one of the biggest rock festivals the UK has to offer. The 2009 line-up included Slipknot, Korn, Def Lepard, Marylin Manson and The Prodigy.
