Sponsorship of the Ben 10 franchise on Cartoon Network

Provided by Turner Media Innovations
Opportunity to build a strong association with the values of Cartoon Network as well as harness the popularity of Ben 10.

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Turner Media Innovations are pleased to offer an advertiser the opportunity to sponsor any or all of the 3 different series within the pheonomenal Ben 10 franchise. The opportunity would be bespoke and tailored to the specific needs of the brand, but elements could include tags on all credits in and out of the show as well as standalone webdrive spots linked to an engaging website.

What is the Marketing Objective?

This is a great opportunity for a brand to partner with Cartoon Network and build a strong association with the values of the channel as well as the ethos of the very popular series. New episodes of Ben 10 Ulitmate Alien will premiere on Cartoon Network in Q4 2011, but episodes of the other series are already rating very highly accross both Cartoon Network and its sister channel Cartoon Network Too.

How does it work?

All our campaigns are bespoke to the client ; no two are ever the same. Hence, we would first meet with you to idenify your specific objectives. Then, our in-house creative, sales, sponsorship and insight teams would work together to produce a campaign proposal to meet your objectives. We work closely with the network teams at Cartoon Network to ensure that your campaign is fulfiled to its full potential - even if it means altering the channel schedule to suit the campaign!

Who's used it in the past?

The list of past sponsors of Ben 10 is long but include the likes of Lego (Toy products) and D3 (video game products) but we feel there is potential in this strong brand for a sponsorship to work in any category area.

Features / Benefits

Usually, sponsorship packages with us utilise both on air and online elements. On air, Cartoon Network has the second highest share of commercial impacts for boys 4-9 (just behind sister channel Boomerang) (Source: BARB, Jan-Dec 2010 and Jan-March 2011) and Cartoon Network's share of the Boys 4-9 market was almost double that of Disney XD's (15.65% v 8.05%) across 2010. Online, recieves over 1 million unique users every month and up to 6 million game plays!
