This is a unique opportunity to form a partnership, at a variety of levels, with the 2008 World Cross Country Championships at a key time in the UK sporting calender. With London 2012 and potentially Glasgow 2014 on the horizon, now is the perfect time to establish a relationship with a World Class Athletics event on home soil.

What is the Marketing Objective?

To build broad scale awareness through National and extensive International broadcast coverage and event PR and to leave a legacy through a local sport community programme.

How does it work?

Build associations with world class athletes, engaging grass roots sport activity, local community interaction and take advantage of a strong BBC broadcast platform. Although the event takes place in Scotland, coverage from the BBC creates great levels of potential reach and awareness. We have a variety of opportunities for you to get involved in so get in touch to find out what how we can work with you.

Who's used it in the past?

This event was in Mombasa in 2007 so this is a unique opportunity that travels around the world bi-annually.
