Celtic Connections is an 18-day festival, held annually in Glasgow, celebrating the best in roots, world, traditional and folk music from around the globe. Celebrating its 20th birthday in 2013, "Britain's greatest winter festival" (The Independent) features performances by an impressive array of international artists in venues across the city, and is an integral part of Glasgow's vibrant cultural scene. Thousands of people from all over the UK and beyond enjoy exclusive events, from unique collaborations to world premieres and one-night only reunions.

How does it work?
