Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

After a stunning year of cricket in 2013, Sky Sports will once again be the home of cricket in 2014 showing every ball bowled, exclusively live. Sky Sports are looking for a sponsor for all forthcoming NatWest T20 Blast matches. The newly named NatWest T20 Blast competition kicked off on May 16th with 14 counties in action nationwide. Each county will play 7 home games and 7 away games across the season.

What is the Marketing Objective?

To build awareness of your brand through frequent engagement of a mass ABC1 male audience.

How does it work?

Sponsorship of NatWest T20 Blast coverage of c. 40 live matches between 16th May -24th August plus an average of 3 repeats per day's play. The sponsor will receive the following accreditation across each competition: Live NatWest T20 Blast - an average of 2 x 15 seconds, 4 x 5 seconds and 6 logo credits. NatWest T20 Blast Repeats - an average of 2 x 15 seconds and 8 x 5 seconds credits. The sponsor of NatWest T20 Blast 2014 will also receive the run of cricket mixed format ad (Leaderboards & MPUs) within the cricket section of SkySports.com - 2million impressions.

This is a multi platform opportunity covering TV, online, mobile and Sky Go, where viewers can watch their favourite Sky channels and shows wherever, whenever. Sky Sports Mobile is the UK's number 1 commercial Sports destination and the sponsor of the NatWest T20 Blast 2014 will receive 2 million mobile ad impressions across the sponsorship period. Sky Go will also carry sponsor accreditation consistent with the linear broadcast. The sponsor will receive an opening 15" credit for each programme pushed to Sky Go On Demand. This is estimated to deliver 9,000 impressions.
