An opportunity to secure naming rights to this unique venue for the next five years, to build its brand and deliver a unique portfolio of benefits to its staff, customers and stakeholders. "The Doctor Who Experience at the brand X dome/arena."

What is the Marketing Objective?

Sponsorship of a brand new Doctor Who Experience opening in Cardiff in a purpose-built venue in the heart of Cardiff Bay. The building is currently under construction by Cardiff Council which has a secure 5 year tenancy with BBC Worldwide to run the Doctor Who Experience in the venue. Cardiff Council is delighted to offer the opportunity for interested companies to secure naming rights to this unique venue for the next five years, to build its brand and deliver a unique portfolio of benefits to its staff, customers and stakeholders.

How does it work?

The Experience is expected to attract 1,250,000 visitors over the next 5 years and is set to become one of the most high profile visitor attractions in the South West. BBCW is expecting to attribute £1,000,000 of media value per year for the 5 years in the form of a comprehensive above, and below the line marketing campaign. To support the Experience, Cardiff Council is to provide an additional £500,000 of media value over the 5 year term.
