Sky One brings us 'The Colour of Magic' a fantastic new fantasy drama based on Terry Pratchett's popular Discworld series.

Broadcast sponsorship of 2 x 90 minute episodes of 'The Colour of Magic' plus 1 x 30 min 'The making of' special. 'The Colour of Magic' is a fantastic new fantasy drama based on Terry Pratchett's popular Discworld series. Following the massive success of the BAFTA award winning 'Hogfather'; Sean Astin, Tim Curry and Christopher Lee join Sir David Jason in the stellar cast of this upcoming adaptation of Terry Pratchett's beloved classic.

What is the Marketing Objective?

This broadcast sponsorship opportunity will help build brand awareness with an upmarket adult audience. As well as a high profile on-air promotional campaign, Sky is also planning extensive marketing activity to support the launch. Therefore, it may be possible to negotiate the inclusion of a sponsor's logo on marketing activity.

How does it work?

Sponsor will receive opening & closing credits of 15 seconds; Break bumpers: 2 x 5 seconds per centre break and promos: 5 secs logo only on all 30 second programme specific trailers. Skyone will also create a Multi-media cross platform campaign, unlike any seen before for an original commission, it will utilise the tools of the digital universe to bring Discworld Universe to life. This will include 2 x Colour of Magic Websites (1 x Production blog & 1 x Official Web-site); mobile phone Wap site and red button interactive extras.
