TMI created a fun TV ad and exclusive web site to increase hype around Marvin's Magic products amongst the young target market.

What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

Marvin's Magic asked Turner Media Innovations how they could communicate the ease and playability of their product, illustrating the fun 'show off' element, to boost sales. Turner Media Innovations knew that kids want to interact with brands on more than one level to experience maximum entertainment and excitement. So they created a funny TVC for Marvin's Magic set and dvd. They then increased the hype with 4 x 20" amazing trick spots, sending kids online to enter a 'Where's the Hand' competition. What was the Campaign Objective?

The overall objective was to drive sales at time of launch as well as communicate the fun and ease of the use of the products. Turner Media Innovations also needed to clearly demonstrate how easy it is to learn the tricks as well as portray the cool element and the show-off/entertainment value of the products.
