What was the Challenge / Background of the Campaign?

We always ensure that the communication solution created meets the needs of the client and the audience. Schools look forward to campaigns and clients return again and again. "We were extremely happy with the schools campaign we ran with JazzyMedia. We had excellent feedback from the schools and thousands of entries for our competition which captured their imaginations beautifully. We would definitely work with JazzyMedia again in a heartbeat!" (Three Sixth Communications Ltd)

What was the Campaign Objective?

Once we are clear on the audience and information to be communicated, we propose the best communication solution for the Client. For LEGO CITY, we designed, printed & distributed A4 activity sheets to KS1 (4-7 yrs)pupils, the key focus was fire safety & a poster competition. For the Department for Transport we printed and distributed Road Safety School Books to Key Stage 2 children (7-11 yrs)and the books were used throughout the school term. With Help for Heroes we printed A4 Activity/Competition sheets for KS1&2 children in the lead up to an 'Eggs For Soldiers' event.

What was the Solution?

Our communication solutions range from Activity Sheets to School Books and Diaries to Bookmarks. As a full service agency we are able to help our clients every step of the way, from design and creation through to printing and distribution. We are fully accountable. Post activity we always provide a list of the schools that have participated in the activity including comments and photos. Our distribution numbers regularly exceed the biggest children's comic and magazine titles, with print runs frequently above 150,000.

What were the Results?

For the Department for Transport we distributed over 248,000 School Books in just one week and conducted research with 216 children aged 7-11 years a week into the campaign. Results showed: 98% recalled the communication - 96% said they were more careful about crossing the road after they had read the book - 91% spoke to their parents, siblings, friends and/or teacher about the books or road safety in general - and 67% had already visited or planned to visit the Department for Transport's Child Road Safety website.

What were the Key Learnings of this Campaign?

JazzyMedia are trusted to deliver responsible campaigns, We always listen to our schools (teachers, pupils and parents) as well as our clients in order to create the best possible communication solution. We are always accountable, providing a list of all schools that have participated in the activity as well as some feedback (comments and photos) to help the client with future planning. Because of this, we are proud to have worked with many of our clients on a regular basis over a number of years.
