The ICA Annual Fundraising Gala is a must-attend event, featuring VIP speakers and guests, and an incredible auction.

Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

The ICA Annual Fundraising Gala has different levels of sponsorship. Our Headline Sponsor obtains co-ownership of the night, sharing all branding, and has a press team dedicated to obtaining press coverage to highlight the sponsor's involvement. Team Sponsors share some branding space, and Goody Bag Sponsors have the opportunity to sample to our incredible guestlist. All sponsors receive allocations of seats or tables for entertaining clients and staff.

What is the Marketing Objective?

The objective for the ICA is to first raise money as we are an arts charity supporting emerging talent, and secondly to raise our profile. Any sponsor instantly becomes aligned with the ICA's incredible reputation for new art and ideas, and through inevitable press interest pre and post event will gain valuable media space at a fraction of the cost of ABL campaigns.

How does it work?

The ICA Gala is a sit-down dinner event, preceded by a champagne reception. During dinner, high profile speakers give Figures of Speech presentations, and ICA format that calls for them to talk for a short time about an item than is significant in their lives. These are followed by an auction of money-can't-buy items, and the whole evening is rounded off with a VIP-packed afterparty with celebrity DJs. Previous guests and speakers have included Elle Macpherson, Harry Enfield, Jerry Hall, Pixie Geldof, Bob Geldof and Bianca Jagger.

Who's used it in the past?

Previous sponsors of the Gala include Veuve-Clicquot and SpinVox, product sponsors include Clinique, Seasons Tea, Dr Hauschka, PPQ, Peroni, Havana Club, Tanqueray and Glaceau vitamin water.
