Tell us about the Opportunity / What is it?

Sky Sports is looking for sponsorship of their live coverage of the Masters Football 2011. The Masters League will once again showcase the legends of the game in a series of live competitive tournaments across the UK. Featuring some of the best-known names from Britain's leading leagues! Each regional event will see four teams play each other once, with the top two in the group playing off in the regional final. The season consists of 7 tournaments live predominantly on Saturdays across the summer, with no less than 42 teams, representing the biggest in British football.

What is the Marketing Objective?

The marketing objective is to promote the Masters Football 2011 tournament and raise awareness that 2011 is the tournaments 11th anniversary. The sponsor will help provide weight and substance to the audiences opinion of the channel.

How does it work?

Opening & Closing credits (15")- The sponsor will be featured both visually and verbally in a title sequence lasting up to 15". Break Bumpers (5")- These will feature the sponsor visually and verbally on a full frame bumper for 5" entering and leaving the commercial break. Approximately 12 x 5" per one live game and one repeat programme of Masters Football. On-Air Promotions- The sponsor will be featured visually, and where possible, verbally, on all promotional trailers specific to Masters Football on Sky Sports.
