Partnership with Smooth Radio on the network's highest profile show. Smooth Breakfast combines the best music from the 60's to today, with entertaining chat, competitions and all the news, weather and travel you would expect from a breakfast show. London - Russell Pockett (Graham Dene from 1/1/08) (Weekdays 0600-0900) North West - Chris Best (Weekdays 0500-1000) West Midlands - Nick Piercey (Weekdays 0600-0900) East Midlands - Gary Burton (Weekdays 0600-0900) Glasgow - John McCauley (Weekdays 0600-1000) North East - TBC, launches 8/1/08

What is the Marketing Objective?

This is a unique opportunity for a brand to attach itself to the Smooth Radio Network in its most high-profile shows. The Smooth audience are 40-59s, upmarket and affluent, and breakfast is a great time to reach them when they are waking up, getting ready for work, or taking the kids to school.

How does it work?

A 13, 26 or 52 week sponsorship across the network. Your client will receive 3 credits per hour during the show, and between 2 and 6 trails through the day, this varies by station. Please contact Global for more details. Online: Your client will receive presence on the breakfast homepage. This will be in the form of a banner. Presenters will drive traffic to the site through presenter reads. Listeners can then click through to the client's website encouraging further interaction with the brand.

Who's used it in the past?

The Smooth Radio Network launched in March 2007 and has only been RAJARed together since August. The Smooth Radio Network Breakfast partnership is a new proposition and this is the first time it has been pitched out.
